This publication represents the third part of a unique teaching aid on the basics of modern physics for high school, dedicated to the topic of electricity. The manual is intended for schoolchildren studying physics in depth, as well as for applicants; can also be used as a reference book for physics teachers, since it contains everything - from definitions physical quantities and formulations of laws to mathematical derivations of quite complex issues; from simple examples to olympiad problems, many of which have been solved. This book is the fruit of 40 years of teaching physics in classes of basic and physical and mathematical profiles. The authors are not satisfied with much in previous and current textbooks, so they try to interpret difficult and controversial points themselves, to eliminate double and triple interpretations of the same thing. For the first time in school textbook The authors developed a methodology for presenting the phase of oscillations and cyclic frequency using the method of vector diagrams, which is widely used in the study of mechanical and electromagnetic oscillations in universities and engineering practice, but at school it was still presented purely formally, which made it difficult for students to understand these important topics. The theoretical material is presented in at a deep scientific level with a unified approach to formulations, specifically and clearly, which significantly reduces the distance from theory to practice (solving problems) and relieves students from the need to subsequently re-study at universities. Along the way theoretical material constantly sorted out large number tasks, this helps to understand the theory even more deeply. And this is necessary in order to more successfully solve other standard and non-standard problems, and not only in physics, because a developed brain in one area of ​​​​knowledge can easily switch to solving problems in other areas. The authors’ goal is to help students learn correctly physical concepts and laws, illustrating their manifestation with examples, and learn to translate non-standard tasks into standard view and solve them as simple problems. The presented course is unique in its depth, completeness and systematic presentation of theoretical and practical material. The book was written by a practicing physics teacher who has trained dozens of winners All-Russian Olympiad, co-authored with his son, master of the MIPT, who, as a schoolboy, became a prize-winner for three years in a row final stage All-Russian Olympiad in Physics.
